Questions we get every day
Before you call.
How much material do I need?
Measure the length and width of the area in feet and decide how deep you want the material in inches. Length × width × depth in inches, divided by 324, gives cubic yards. Our calculator does the arithmetic and the rounding for you. As a rule of thumb, one yard covers about 100 square feet at 3 inches deep.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: 0.5 yard minimum for pickup at the yard, and 2 yard minimum for delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Our smaller truck carries 2–5 yards for a $120 delivery fee, and our larger truck carries 6–12 yards for $150. Both are plus the cost of the material and tax. Bigger jobs are quoted by phone.
Where do you deliver?
Everett, Lynnwood, Mukilteo, Edmonds, Mill Creek and surrounding Snohomish County. If you are near the edge of that, call and ask: (425) 353-9024.
Can I pick up with my own truck or trailer?
Yes. Come to the yard at 11715 Hwy 99, Everett with a truck or a trailer. Half a yard is the minimum for pickup.
Do you sell to contractors?
Yes. We supply both retail and wholesale customers, and have done for more than 25 years. Call the yard to talk about volume and jobsite delivery.
What is the difference between 5/8" minus and drain rock?
"Minus" means the rock still has its fines (the dust and small particles), so it locks together and packs hard: that is what you want under a driveway or pavers. Drain rock is washed clean, so water runs straight through it: that is what you want around a drain pipe or behind a wall.
Ready when you are.
Call the yard to book, or send us the job and we will email you back with a price.
